Not too long ago, buyers and sellers could easily see why they needed a Realtor. Realtors were the only people who had the key, the secret knowledge of what was in the Multiple Listing System to help buyers find homes. They also had the monopoly on the ability to list homes in the MLS for sellers. Then along came the internet and now everyone shares much of that same information. Today you need a Realtor for advice and guidance. My job is to listen to your needs and wants, and help you fulfill them. The buying and selling process has become more complicated and stressful.
As your Realtor, I will save you time, money, and aggravation. I will coach you on current market conditions, and show you the homes that interest you, and sell your home so you can move on with your life. I will lead you through the maze of paperwork, the hassle of complicated timing, the stress of negotiating, and the frustration of dealing with others who do not have the same agenda as you do. Buyers want a bargain. Sellers want top dollar. I am there to represent you! I will discuss all of your options and give you a reality check if you let your heart get too much in the way of common sense. I do all that is in my power to get you the best possible deal with the least amount of pain. When tempers flare, I am there to bring calm and get things back on track. When there are problems (and there always are), I have more than 20 years of experience to draw upon to find the best solutions.
Since KoenigRubloff began using the Premiere Quality Service ratings compiled by an independent survey company, Barbara has consistently won awards for her high scores. Of the 2300 Realtors attending the 2006 GMAC Real Estate convention in Las Vegas, Barbara was one of three Realtors asked to take part in an on-stage panel discussion describing how she has maintained such high levels of quality service.
